Taylor's newsletter the insider broadcast the news to the world yesterday that they've developed a new Baby Taylor with country singer Taylor Swift.

Taylor Guitar's long association with country-pop megastar Taylor Swift has led to the development of the Taylor Swift Baby Taylor (TSBT). The Baby features a top design that's all Swift, featuring her well-known expression "Love, Love, Love" among delicate vines. It celebrates the songwriting spirit and success of her latest album, Fearless, which is inscribed above the bridge along with her signature. It's priced the same as a standard Baby, making it the must-have guitar for any Taylor Swift fan this holiday season.

Out just in time for the holidays the new Taylor Swift Baby Taylor should be a big hit with guitarists everywhere. This would make an excellent Christmas gift for any musician whether they're a new guitarist or have been bending guitar strings for decades.

Taylor kicks off 35th Anniversary Celebration

Taylor guitars announced the release of the first wave of commemorative limited edition guitars this month. New offerings include an unconventional 9 string GS which blends the best of a 6 and 12 string guitars. Exotic spins on several new LTDs including the Taylor electric line. Stunning tops of figured koa and cocobolo on the T3 and T3/B, gorgeous feathered koa and quilted maple on the solidbody electric.

The second wave of anniversary models to be released in October, include a baritone, 12-fret koa GC, GS with armrest, and some very special Brazilians.

Without a doubt Breedlove guitars are some of the best sounding musical instruments manufactured in America. Each year Breedlove hosts a great festival featuring artists like Sugarland, Trace Bundy, Chris Hillman, David Knopfler, and many more in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

United Breaks Guitars by Dave Carroll

Last year when singer/songwriter Dave Carrol was traveling to Nebraska for a one week tour his flight with United had a layover in Chicago where Dave and his band Sons of Maxwell, and several other passengers witnessed baggage handlers on the ground throwing guitars. Dave's $3500 710 Taylor Guitar was badly damaged as a result.

Efforts to have United Airlines take care of the damages resulted in 9 months of wasted time with United Airlines stalling at every turn. You can read Dave's version of the story here.

As for me. I don't fly all that much, but you can be sure that I probably won't choose United.
